Production & Processing

Each watch is assembled and inspected to order. Standard production takes 5–14 business days depending on current demand and model complexity. Watches with custom gold plating, platinum finishes, or other special modifications may require up to 4–6 weeks for production.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order enters production, and a second notification when it ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery for standard models is typically 2–3 weeks.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Every order ships free of charge, regardless of destination. We cover all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No hidden charges, no surprises upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent to you via email as soon as your order dispatches. You can monitor your package in real time from our warehouse to your address. If you have questions about your shipment status, contact our support team with your order number.

Customs & Import Clearance

Our logistics team manages customs clearance to minimize delays. All applicable duties and taxes are prepaid, so your order passes through customs smoothly without additional charges at delivery. In rare cases where customs authorities require additional documentation, we will assist you promptly.

Delivery Requirements

  • Signature required: A signature is required upon delivery for security purposes. If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to two additional times before returning the package.
  • Physical address only: We ship to physical street addresses. PO boxes and mail forwarding services are not supported.
  • Accurate details: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Your order is fully protected during transit. If your package is lost by the carrier, we will replace it at no additional cost — no questions asked. If your watch arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or repair immediately.

14-Day Return Window

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. The watch must be unworn and in its original condition. Full return instructions and eligibility details are available on our Warranty & Returns page.
