Warranty Coverage
All watches purchased through OmegaReplica.to are covered by our quality assurance warranty. Repairs and inspections are carried out by our in-house team of certified watchmakers with decades of hands-on experience in precision timepiece servicing.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly
- Movement malfunctions that occur under normal wearing conditions
- Component failures not caused by external impact or misuse
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from drops, impacts, or intentional mishandling
- Normal wear and tear — including surface scratches on the case, bracelet, or crystal
- Water damage caused by an unsecured crown — always ensure the crown is fully screwed in before any contact with moisture
- Damage resulting from unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
- If approved, ship the watch to the address provided. Include a copy of the RMA confirmation and your tracking number.
Upon receiving your watch, we will either repair the defect or replace the timepiece with the same model. If that model is no longer available, we will offer a comparable alternative of equal value. All warranty shipments require prior authorization — packages sent without approval will be returned to the sender.
Repairs
Our watchmaking team handles all repairs in-house. Most issues are resolved within 5–10 business days, though complex repairs may take longer depending on parts availability. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment. OmegaReplica.to is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit to our facility. For shipping guidelines, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a watch, we have made the process as simple as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The watch must be unworn and in its original condition — with all protective plastics, tags, and holograms intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, removed seals, or missing accessories are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our team or email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the watch securely in its original packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Ship to the address provided with your RMA, and share the tracking number with us.
Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. We do not charge restocking fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for insuring the shipment.
Custom & Special Orders
Watches with custom modifications — including additional gold plating, platinum finishes, or bespoke dial configurations — are non-refundable. Exchanges for custom orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions before placing a custom order, reach out to us and we will be happy to advise.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
